  1. Vandalism:  This weekend (Sunday 2a.m.) the front door of the school was vandalised and the glass smashed, costing in the region of €500 to repair.  Sunday’s was the third such incident since March.  This vandalism is putting serious strain on Scoil Treasa’s finances.  Dealing with the incidences is also a considerable waste of time and energy.  We would ask you , the parents, to be vigilant and to report any untoward behaviour to the Gardaí.
  1. Traffic Issues:  Some parents continue to park illegally in the vicinity of the school, particularly at 3p.m. when the pupils are going home.  The danger for the children is of huge concern to us. I have informed the Gardaí in Rathfarnham and they will be monitoring the situation.

  1. Congratulations to Conall Knight (4th Class) on winning 6 All Ireland medals on Saturday last in Kilkenny. Conall won his medals for athletics.
